The Utah Digital Connectivity Plan and Utah Digital Equity Plan highlight the state’s vision, goals, objectives, and strategies to help get all Utahns connected to affordable and accessible high-speed internet as well as access to digital tools and resources needed to succeed in the digital world. Both plans will help guide the allocation of federal funding to the state for broadband and digital access expansion over the next five years.
